Higher CCT  fluorescent/T5 like 5000K and 6500K work great for greens and clones. However Higher CCT LED have a very different spectrum and may not perform as well Higher CCT  fluorescent/T5.

5000K LED VS fluorescent

Charts below show the standard 80 CRI spectrum for Samsung 561C LED. We recommend 4000K and 5000K for greens and clones. We do not recommend using 6500K LED

Where is your scientific evidence for this recommendation. I grow lettuce, basil, thyme/oregano and rosemary. I have read numerous articles that show an actual grow comparison for lettuce under different lighting types and spectrums and they show that 6500k white/full spectrum has the most growth and largest yield. I love your lights, but would like for you share some evidence behind your recommendations based on the crops we are growing.
