High efficiency boards designed for DIY projects. Each board can be powered up to 75 watts. Can use used with Pin Heatsink or Extruded Aluminum. 36V design makes it ideal upgrade for COB on Pin Heatsink.
Pin Heatsink or Extruded Aluminum is Required. Board will overheat and fail without heatsink. Clean heatsink with isopropl alcohol. Remove liner from adhesive pad and apply on back of board. Remove liner from other side and apply to heatink.
Apply pressure on corner of board without touching the LED. This will ensure board and heatsink get bonded properly with the adhesive pad. Adhesive pad is permanent and cannot be removed or adjusted.
Wire can be pushed into the connector. To unmate, push down lever on the housing to allow the wire to be disengaged. Rated 300V 9A. Max 10 boards in series wiring.

Meanwell LLD H are a great way of using standard power supplies to power QB 11 strips. These step down DC-DC drivers are available in 300mA, 350mA, 500mA, 600mA, 700mA, 1200mA. LDD-xxxHW option comes with wires attached. Also available in Pin and SMT style

QB96 Elite V2 is a white LED Board with boosted red spectrum. Each QB 96 Elite board has 64 High power White, 16 Red (630nm) and 16 Deep Red (660nm). QB96 Elite V2 offers a wider spectrum than standard 70 CRI, 80 CRI and 90 CRI LED.
3M Acrylic Interface Pad 5590H OR Bergquist GAP PAD HC 3.0 is included. Remove liner on one side of die cut thermal pad, align screw holes with board and apply pad to board, remove liner from the other side and install board to heatsink. Thermal pad is not permanent and allows rework.
Note: Thermal pad is Tacky and not adhesive. Board requires screws to ensure board is securely mounted to heatsink.
